Q1. What is your payment terms ?
A1:Normally our payment terms is 30%T/T in advance , balance paymentwill be paid before delivery , but we also can accept L/C at sight , Payment again copy of bill of lading etc ,western union MoneyGram, payment methods can be negotiated and customized with customers

Q2. What is your trade terms ?
A2: EXW ,FOB,CFR,CIF ,CIP ,DAP ,DDP etc 

Q3. Can you provide sample ?
A3: of course , if it is normal size and we have stock in warehouse , we will supply sample free of charge , but the courier freight will be borne by your company 

Q4: Can i visit your factory ?
A4: For sure , warmly welcome to visit our factory at your convenience, We will have special staff to pick you up at the airport ,rail station ,also will drive you to visit our factory . we will provide you with necessary assistance with accommodation .

Q5: What product information do i need to provide for inquiry ?
A5:Normally ,you'd better send us the material,grade , thickness ,width , length , quantity etc , so that we can make the accurate quotation asap .

Q6: Which sea port do you usually use ? 
A6: In General , Tianjin, Qingdao ,Shanghai sea port or according to your special need . By container shipment or By bulk as you choose 

Q7: What is your delivery time ?
Normally , after receipt of your deposit ,the lead time will be 7-10 working days !

Q8: What's the MOQ? Do you accept OEM&ODM
A8: Sample order can be 1 tons , normally official order MOQ is 25tons, OEM&ODM is available.
